A rank holder and meritorious student himself during his academic days, Anil is a Master in Organic chemistry. He is also an NLP- Double Graduate (basic, Advance, Health & Tools), Gestalt Therapist- Double Graduate and Certified Metaphor Practitioner. He owes his therapeutic skills to Dr. Richard (Dick) McHugh SJ PhD. with whom he completed all four levels of NLP. Inspiration, for him, has also flowed from mentors like George Kandathil, Jack Canefield, Shiv Khera, Richard Bandler, Robert Dilts, Robert Mcdonalds, etc An ICF Certified Life Coach and CCA certified Empowerment Coach, Anil is a powerful International Coach and Mentor. He is also a certified Transactional Analysis (TA) practitioner from ICTA, Cochin. Anil is also the Founder of TT Educere Private Ltd- which owns the brand, Thomas Tutorials and TT Global Learning Systems. Thomas Tutorials is in the field of academic coaching and TT Global Learning Systems deals with life skills, therapeutical sessions, motivational seminars, workshops, etc. He is additionally the Founder Trustee of Umang Foundation Trust- through UFT, he aims at providing education to the less privileged and training them in vocational skills.
